In this section, we will provide answers to common questions and and provide information about common problems and solutions. Rental and Lifetime packages.
Question: I bought a domain, installed a design, modal window doesn't work. What to do?
Answer: Editing sites and modal window will appear when the cache is updated. usually takes 30 minutes. If the problem persists for a long time, please contact support.
Question: Could the problem be with Hosting?
Answer: No, We openly admit that we are using DdosGuard hosting. We have purchased 2 x Intel Xeon Silver 4210 2.2GHz (20 cores), 256GB RAM, 4 x 1024GB SSD and 1Gbps connection speed. In addition, we also have 10 dedicated IP addresses for better load balancing.
Question: The structure of the templates and possible causes of lags?
Answer: We have an extensive collection of over 400 designs, most of which are copies of other websites. But how exactly do these copies work and what are the possible causes of lag? When designing for our bot, we use a method based on loading the visual content of the main website. At the same time, the main content is loaded from the original source.
Question: Why aren't images loading on the site? Why do I need to load content?
Answer: When a site's content is fully downloaded, including content, styles, images and videos, the loading time for a user on their first visit can be significantly longer, depending on the design and speed of their Internet connection. To give you an example, the home page of the Opensea website weighs over 500MB due to the presence of many images and videos. To optimize the loading of many we use an approach that involves downloading content from the main site. This solution reduces load times and improves the user experience. After reviewing the advantages of using content from the original site, we would also like to outline the main disadvantages of this approach. One of the main disadvantages is the possibility of removing content from the original site. In this case, our template will try to load content from a non-existent address, which can lead to problems. Also keep in mind that the original site may block requests to its elements, for example using the Cloudflare service, restricting access to content from other URLs. This may result in content not loading through our template. Another possible disadvantage is the use of anti-DDoS services, such as Cloudflare, on the original site. If your IP address is deemed undesirable by the service, for example due to the use of shared IP addresses, VPNs, or dedicated servers, it is possible that content will not be successfully uploaded. In addition, almost all IP addresses have limits on the number of requests. If you are accessing your domain too often, this can cause delays due to the original site's restrictions on your IP address.
Question: How can I determine the cause of latency on my website?
Answer: We have found that possible causes of website latency may be related to content from the original site or local cache limitations. So how can you identify and fix these issues to have confidence and peace of mind? When you open your site, press the F12 key and click on the "Console" tab. Here you will be able to view all requests and errors, if any. By analyzing the logs in the console, we will be able to identify the specific problem and take action to fix it.
Question: Cache and possible lags due to it.
Answer: For an objective assessment of your site's performance, it is recommended to use an anti-detect browser or another device with a modified IP address and run a test. However, it is ideal to reinstall the template on your domain using a bot and then run the test from another device and with a different IP address.
Question: Java and long loading.
Answer: Drainer is a standard template that also includes Java code to interact with Metamask and other official libraries. If the user does not have Java support, the site will not work because functions in Java will not be called. The speed of the drainer does not depend on design, hosting and other factors - only the speed of the user's Internet connection is important here.
Question: Problem in the template how to fix it quickly?
Answer: If you have a problem with a template and you have already ruled out the possibility of a cache or restriction problem on your IP address, please contact our support team. Please specify the exact template you are having an issue with by providing the name of the template and the domain you are experiencing the issue on. We cannot keep track of the relevance of all designs, so if you have a problem, please let us know and we will fix it as soon as possible. If no one reports the problem, we can't find out about it ourselves.
Question: How do I set my design?
Answer: You can easily install Quark Drainer to your website following our manuals OR please contact our support by sending a link to the site or design you want to install. Ask them to fulfill your request. Once your message is seen, it will be processed and your request will be honored.
Question: Can I host my site myself?
Answer: Yes, it is possible to host our drainer on your hosting. Instructions on how to get the files are available from the main website.
